We are a year-round preschool, remaining open through the summer. During the traditional school year (August–May), we follow the Douglas County School District calendar for most holidays, breaks, and weather closures.

There are 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, and 5 day options for enrollment during the school year and tuition is due monthly.

Heart & Home Preschool now offers an extended care option from 3:30–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
This calm, play-based wind-down includes after school snack, story time, music and movement, outdoor and open play.
Rate: $25 per day

Meet Our Aftercare Helper
Ms. Beckie brings a calm, caring, and experienced presence to the classroom. She is a former 5th-grade elementary school teacher and has also worked as an assistant teacher in special education in the Jefferson County school district. As a parent of two adult children, she has a deep understanding of children’s social and emotional development and is comfortable supporting a wide range of learning styles. Ms. Beckie remains actively connected to education through her service as a volunteer on a Curriculum Advisory Committee for Douglas County Schools.
